Our delicious freshly homemade Scottish Tablet is made from a family recipe that is over four generations old.
We use only fresh and locally sourced ingredients and guarantee it's freshness on delivery. We don't use any artificial flavours or preservatives. We recommend that you eat your Tablet within 4 weeks of receiving it - not that we think it will last that long!
We only make our Tablet in small batches to guarantee consistent quality. Variations in colour and texture are normal due to the hand making process.
We make all Tablet to order except on sale days when anyone can come along to our market stall and buy some. Keep an eye on the Upcoming Events section on our Home Page to find out where and when our next stall is.

From our original recipe for Traditional Scottish Tablet, we have developed four new flavours for you to try.
If you need to satisfy the chocoholic in you, then try our Chocolate Swirl Flavour. It has 70% pure dark chocolate swirled in at the very last moment to create a delicious marbled effect. A perfect combination of sweet tablet and bitter chocolate.
Dates have long been a staple food in Dubai. We have combined date syrup (or date honey as it's also known) and sticky fresh local dates to give you Delightful Date Flavour. We are sure you will enjoy this local twist to tradition.
Imagine Christmas cake without the cake. Packed full of nuts, dried fruits and spices, Our Festive Spice Flavour proved very popular in December 2008. We will be bringing it back this year but feel free to order it at any time of the year.
Just Ginger Flavour is just that - lovely tablet with pieces of crystalised stem ginger added for extra bite.
We are always experimenting with new flavours and will add them here once perfected. Two new flavours are in the pipeline due to be released soon.
